5/4/2010 - The start of my MR2 planning on the new site. Have several things to decide before moving forward with the build, some aspects will move forward regardless of the outcome of these decisions while other things may be canceled.
- What is the car going to be used for?
- Will the car be used for sanctioned racing? If so what classes (will limit what can be done to it)
- What upgrades are going to be done and in what order
- Will I build my current MR2 to be dual duty like it's been doing or get another one
- If I get another one how will it be built
I think the first thing I need to do is decide what types of racing I am going to both want to do and be able to afford to do, then determine what I can do to the car and stay in a class that I want to be in and that the car will be fairly competitive in, for example in rallyx we are all running in M2R so that allows a lot of modifications. Guess I will have to look that up today and post my findings.
